Process
How to participate as an exhibitor
These are the usual steps to contract space at any of the trade shows at Fira de Lleida.
- 1. Choose the trade show
Consult the calendar and portfolio of trade shows to identify the event that best fits your activity and target audience.
- 2. Contact the commercial department
Write or call the commercial department of Fira de Lleida indicating the trade show that interests you, the approximate surface area and the type of product or service you want to present.
- 3. Space contracting
You will receive the space proposal and the economic conditions of the trade fair. Participation is governed by the General participation rules of the Foundation.
- 4. Setup and event
The technical department coordinates the setup, supplies and logistics of the exhibition centre during the setup, event and dismantling days.

Can I rent an entire hall for my own event?expand_more
Yes. Halls 3 and 4 can be rented for the holding of trade fairs and other activities. Consult the conditions and rates in the «Organize your event» section.
What is the size of the exhibition centre?expand_more
The exhibition centre has 70,000 m² of total exhibition space and 12,750 m² of covered space, plus five halls with capacity for 700 congress delegates and ample parking.
