8.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with Spanish law, to which both parties expressly submit. If the regulations allow the parties to waive their jurisdiction and submit to another, Fundació La Fira de Lleida and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Lleida.
