Organise your event
Halls 3 and 4 of Fira de Lleida can be rented for the organisation of trade fairs and other activities in an urban exhibition centre of 70,000 m².

Process
How to request a rental
If you are interested in using the halls, contact the exhibition centre management department with the following information.
- Type of activity
Indicate what kind of event you want to organise: trade fair, congress, exhibition, sports event, cultural activity…
- Event dates
Specify the activity days as well as setup and breakdown dates, as these affect hall availability.
- Descriptive report
Attach a descriptive report of the planned activity, with the estimated number of exhibitors or participants.
- Availability confirmation
Fira de Lleida will inform you of space availability and the conditions applicable to your event.
